Mr. Rajendra Narvekar: General Manager - Production

Back in the year 1988 migrating from a village, a young graduate came to Belgaum in search of an opportunity. Was instantaneously on-boarded by Netalkars and was offered the job of being 'Line Inspector'. He kept on working hard & cashing on whatever opportunities that were presented to him. One fine day one such fortuitous opportunity paved the way of today he being the 'Go to man - especially in production'. Apparently he may appear only to be the Production Manager in the organisation but in real sense this man stands as a backbone of this organisation and a role model, resource person and mentor for all the budding engineers. Man who has given more to the organisation than he has drawn, is one of the greatest contributor in the success of this organisation. Our today's technical know-how should largely be accredited to this man.

Mechanical-Electrical-Electronic all put together he amasses vast knowledge about diverse form of machines. He has often attracted accolades from machine manufacturers, service engineers and customer representatives about his vastness of the technical knowledge. Mr. Shriram Patil: Engineering Head - Product Cell

This wasn’t his first employment but he joined the force with determination to upgrade his Skills & Knowledge. To begin with he was offered the job of Crack Detection Operator, but this man was not the one who would have stayed contended. He was always curious to move ahead & kept on pestering the management and other senior officials for opportunity and eventually he was awarded with one. He is an epic story of being an MPI operator then and an Engineering Department's captain today. He is the custodian of High profile machines on the shop-floor and neither the decision nor the trial approval of machines during new acquisition happens without this man's green signal. Today, in the new scheme of things he look after 'Engineering' in New Model Development process and strives to ensure that, mass manufacturing would be as easy as possible.

Mr. Sudarshan Patil - Quality In-charge

He is graduated in Electronic Engineering, brought along some experience on the day of interview but what made him Quality In-charge within 5 years period of time, is his ability to adapt to the circumstances; take things as challenge and take much out of every opportunity to learn. Many personnel amongst mentioned above and overall in the organisation, albeit excellent when it comes to knowledge but lacks in the Systems' thinking, documentation and representation at the customer end. He skilfully filled this gap and briskly climbed the organisational chart to become Quality In-charge in the organisation. Very calm, composed & collected by nature he is also the youngest to have made his entry in this elite group of individuals. Our scale of operations has increased immensely in last 5 years and so does his ability to manage.

Mr. Sadanand Wallishetty: Semi-finish Section Head

Once upon a time a person looking after the entire gamut of affairs of one of our sister concerns, is today a very significant part of Srinivas team. Although, a lot of credit is usually taken away by the grinding & finish operations, pre-machining plays a vital role in eventual output quality and he is our custodian of pre-machining section. He also shoulders the additional responsibility of supporting sister concern's with supply of semi-finished parts, which specifically means that he is indirectly responsible for not only the final output in Srinivas but also other units. Seldom does the production plans of other sections can be successful without this man's delivery in terms of Quantity and Quality both. Although there is a lot to be achieved, his introduction to the production team of Srinivas has certainly added the much needed balance to the Production function.

Although he is latest addition to the team at Srinivas, he is neither new to the Crankshaft nor to the Netalkar Industries.
